You may have tried to delete your Bumble account, but can’t seem to remove it. You are not alone! There is a few different reasons for this.
Bumble can only be deleted if you are logged out of the app and have not logged back in for 24 hours. If you log back in again before the 24 hours is up, then the apps remembers that you are still using it, and will not allow you to delete your account.
How to Reset Your Bumble Account?
If you’re experiencing issues with logging in to your account, resetting your password, or just want to clear the data from your account, resetting it is the best course of action. In this article we’ll go over how to do so!
Remember that email you used when signing up? Make sure you have access to it before beginning. If not, contact Bumble support and they’ll help out. Once you have access again, click ‘Reset Password’.
Why is Bumble not letting me delete my account?
As a new Bumble user, you will notice that there is no “delete account” option in your profile settings. The fact that you can’t delete your account may seem confusing at first, but it’s actually an intentional design choice. Bumble wants to encourage you to take the time necessary to fully explore their app – and figure out if it’s the right fit for you – before deleting your profile.
How long do Bumble bans last?
A Bumble ban can only last for 14 days. If the person who blocked you has not unblocked you, that is the maximum amount of time you will be blocked for. However, if the person who blocked you has unblocked and apologized to you, then it will be considered a short term ban. A short term ban can last up to a week or until they message us requesting that you no longer be banned from their account.
What happens when you get reported on Bumble?
Bumble is a popular app and social network that lets users find potential romantic matches by swiping right or left. After swiping to match with someone, a notification pops up that says “Paid feature only.” This means you can only be matched with people who have paid for Bumble as opposed to users who are connected to one another in real life.
If you get reported on the Bumble app and it says “Paid feature only,” by default, your profile is closed down.
